2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction. The Platform is intended for use by players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is permitted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. mgame makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.3 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. mgame reserves the right to verify the information provided and to suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
2.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). mgame may require you to complete identity verification procedures ("KYC") before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by applicable regulations. Required documents may include, but are not limited to, a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. mgame shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 You must notify mgame immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. mgame will take reasonable steps to investigate and address such reports but cannot guarantee the recovery of any funds lost prior to notification.
3.4 mgame recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for enhanced security. Players who enable 2FA accept that mgame may require additional verification steps during the login process.
4.1 Deposits. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. mgame accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved payment channels. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the Platform's cashier page. mgame reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time.
4.2 Currency. All transactions on the mgame Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). mgame is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. mgame does not transfer funds to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are subject to KYC verification requirements.
4.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Players are advised to review current limits on the Platform's cashier page. mgame reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests.
4.5 Unclaimed Funds. mgame reserves the right to close inactive accounts and handle unclaimed balances in accordance with applicable Philippine law and internal policy. Players will be notified prior to any such action where contact information is available.
5.1 mgame may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds, and expiry periods, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied. Real money funds are used before bonus funds in all wagering activity, unless otherwise specified.
5.3 mgame reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, mgame's decision shall be final.
5.4 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic wagering strategies, collusion, or other abusive behavior may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and suspension of the account.
5.5 mgame reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to specific player segments, geographic regions, or payment methods at its sole discretion.
6.1 All games available on the mgame Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers.
6.2 mgame uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in regulated studio environments.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, mgame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. mgame's decision in such circumstances shall be final.

9.1 The mgame Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mgame makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mgame shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.3 mgame's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 mgame shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet outages, or third-party service failures.
10.1 mgame is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and should not be used as a source of income or a means to resolve financial difficulties.

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
13.2 In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact mgame's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. mgame will endeavour to resolve all complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Where applicable, disputes may also be referred to PAGCOR or other relevant Philippine regulatory bodies for adjudication.
